Biography

Stan is a contemporary automotive sales and marketing professional for the retail automobile industry. He started out as a traditional automotive showroom sales consultant selling new Honda vehicles in 2003 where he averaged around 20 units per month. As a matter of fact he was a silver level member for the Honda Council of Sales Leadership.

He later went on to become a top performing selling Internet Sales Manager for a Honda dealership owned by AutoNation where he was promoted to assistant sales manager in just 7 months as he was averaging 25 units per month on the internet as part of a six person department. As an Acura Internet Sales Manager he took a small 10 unit per month internet sales department to over 35 units per month in 90 days averaging $2500 per copy. He repeated those same results in a large volume Honda dealership where he took a 25 unit internet sales department to over 70 units per month at $2000 per copy as the Sales Manager and Internet Director. The biggest success came when Stan was hired to a brand new Nissan dealership in 2009 in a down economy to build and manage a powerhouse BDC department. The BDC department at Teddy Nissan would produce over 90 units per month within the first 9 months of the dealership. The dealership was selling an average of 250 units per month and was spotlighted in Digital Dealer and Auto Success magazine for it’s success.

Stan Sher later founded Dealer eTraining as he recognized the true need for quality real deal automotive sales, internet sales and business development center training. After three years in business Stan Sher is regarded as one of the top automotive sales and business development experts in the country.

He has been a top rated presenter at numerous automotive industry conferences including:
